Parking & Shuttles
If you plan to drive to Churchill Downs on Kentucky Derby and Oaks Days, you should be aware that all parking at Churchill Downs is sold in advance and is reserved. Please call 502-636-4400 for availability on parking.
Please plan to park either in the neighborhood with our enterprising neighbors (prices begin at $20 per car per day and go up from there).
Remote parking is available at these locations only a few blocks from Churchill Downs:
- Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium parking: $15
- Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center parking: $8
Both parking locations listed above parking areas are within walking distance of the track, but Miller Transportation offers round-trip shuttle service to and from Churchill Downs on Kentucky Derby and Oaks Days. Pick ups and drop offs begin at 7:30 a.m. and continue until 8:30 p.m. both days.
